Integration, Deliverability & Reporting

The technical infrastructure that determines whether your Eloqua instance operates as an isolated tool or as a connected, reliable, and measurable marketing system.

Overview

This service area addresses the technical infrastructure that determines whether your Eloqua instance operates as an isolated tool or as a connected, reliable, and measurable marketing system. It covers three interdependent disciplines: CRM integration that keeps contact and activity data synchronized across platforms, email authentication configuration that protects sender reputation and ensures inbox delivery, and reporting architecture that surfaces actionable intelligence from Eloqua data.

Each of these capabilities requires precise technical execution. Misconfigured field mappings corrupt data downstream. Missing or broken DNS authentication records cause deliverability failures that are difficult to reverse. Poorly structured reports produce misleading metrics. RSC Standard addresses all three with structured implementation and documented configuration.

Includes: Bi-Directional CRM Integration (SFDC, Dynamics, Oracle CX), Deliverability Infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, CNAME), Eloqua Insight & Business Intelligence Reporting

What We Do

  • Configure bi-directional CRM sync between Eloqua and Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CX Sales, including contact and lead field mapping, sync rule logic, and deduplication handling
  • Set up activity writeback to push Eloqua engagement data — email opens, clicks, form submissions, and campaign responses — back into CRM records for sales visibility
  • Implement error monitoring and recovery procedures for integration failures, including alert configuration, retry logic review, and documentation of resolution steps
  • Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC DNS records for all sending domains, validate authentication alignment, and set up Eloqua-specific CNAME tracking domains
  • Audit existing deliverability infrastructure, identify authentication gaps or misconfigurations, and remediate issues that affect inbox placement or sender reputation
  • Build Eloqua Insight dashboards and custom reports covering campaign performance, email metrics, lead funnel activity, and program effectiveness; configure data exports or API connections for BI platform integration

What to Expect

Engagements begin with a technical discovery phase to document your current CRM schema, DNS configuration, and existing reporting setup. Work proceeds in defined phases: integration configuration and testing, DNS record implementation and validation, and reporting build-out. Each phase includes functional testing before handoff. You receive complete configuration documentation covering field mappings, sync rules, DNS record values, and report definitions.

Client Benefits

  • CRM and Eloqua data stay synchronized in both directions, giving sales teams accurate engagement context and ensuring marketing works from clean, current contact records
  • Properly configured SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records reduce the risk of email spoofing, improve inbox placement rates, and establish a defensible sender reputation
  • Reporting dashboards built on accurate, well-structured data allow marketing and leadership teams to evaluate campaign performance without manual data extraction
  • Documented integration and deliverability configurations reduce dependency on institutional knowledge and make it straightforward for internal teams to maintain
  • Connecting Eloqua data to external BI platforms extends reporting capability beyond native Insight, enabling cross-channel analysis and broader business intelligence workflows

When to Choose This

This service is appropriate when your organization is implementing Eloqua for the first time and needs foundational integration and deliverability infrastructure before go-live, or when an existing instance has known gaps — inconsistent CRM sync, authentication records that were never fully configured, or reporting that does not reflect actual program performance. It is also the right fit when a CRM migration requires rebuilding integration mappings, or when deliverability problems point to underlying authentication issues.
